We’re really excited to announce that Displace Yourself Theatre was one of the 22 projects funded for Bradford 2025’s award which aims to improve health and wellbeing through culture.
As part of this funding, we’ll be holding a total of twelve Creating Together gatherings across three series throughout the spring and summer of 2025. We’ll also be running two full-day retreats for people based in Bradford who have been apart of our Creating Together community over at Whitestone Arts in Haworth. More details to follow soon!
We’re grateful for everyone’s vote on the day which helped us secure this award. Delivering this creative wellbeing programme will help ensure displaced people’s voices and talents are celebrated and seen as an integral part of Bradford’s City of Culture. This award is funded by Bradford 2025 and VCS Alliance.
